The Aspen

This twelve-week program is tailor made to you, your needs, and addresses the day to day issues and roadblocks that you face in your business. Then, together, we create a plan to move you forward, with specific goals to keep you motivated and on track. After our twelve weeks together, you'll be shocked at how much you've accomplished, but you'll wish that had more time!

six month signature program

The Florence

This twenty-four-week program allows us to take a deep dive into your current business practices and then create systems and processes that match you. The Florence is the perfect program for the brand new agency owner building a business from the ground up or for the agency owner who needs a complete business "makeover". We'll cover everything from streamlining your systems and processes to developing your leadership skills and building your confidence to move forward in your business.

This year long program is intensive, powerful and revolutionary and will change the trajectory of your business. After a very detailed audit of your current business, I will create a proposal that is 100% customized to you that will take you on a journey that will recast your future as a business owner. This twelve-week group program is geared to focus on the unique demands and challenges of the independent travel advisor. Your role as an advisor has shifted significantly over the past two years. Now more than ever, you need systems and processes that help you work smarter, not harder but that also keep you in touch with your clients. We cover these topics and so much more, with the added benefit of having like minded advisors to collaborate and connect with during the sessions.

For Agency Owners

The Casablanca

This three month program is focused on the business owner who feels pulled in a million different directions. The saying, "it's lonely at the top" is accurate. However, it doesn't have to be. Each group session is led and facilitated by Christen with topics that address the very specific needs of Travel Agency Owners. The bonus, there are other like-minded business owners right there with you, learning, growing, and encouraging one another.
