Not too long ago, I was standing in your shoes.
I’d launched Classic Travel Connection out of my kitchen in the “spare time” I had between carpool lines, karate, ballet, music lessons, and soccer practices. It didn’t take long to realize that I didn’t quite know how to run or build a business. Everything I learned during that time was through trial and error, or by finding key information “by accident”. Oh the stories I could tell you!
A few years later, I found myself standing in a different pair of shoes. My team had grown significantly. We began to be recognized by well known tour operators and hoteliers. It was fun, exciting, and even exhilarating, however, my business wasn’t sustainable. What I had was a huge tree that was growing quickly but the root system couldn’t support the rapid growth. I desperately needed support, systems, processes…

Fast forward to today… decades of travel planning experience behind me. One thriving, nationally renowned agency. Thirty plus team members, both full time employees and independent contractors, who have a heart for service and who are committed to making travel dreams come to life for our clients.
